These are still photos from some of my virtual tours and other real estate listings, just click on the image to see it bigger. I'll be adding more still photography soon. I'm doing a series of photo tips on my blog to help you improve your photography. Photo tip #1 addresses the challenges of photographing north facing houses, photo tip #2 talks about camera angle. Hope they can help!
I'm currently working on a project to show you what I can really do to improve the photography on your listings. The 2 images on the left were photographed by the listing agent, the 4 on the right, by me. You can click on them to see them bigger. As you can see, the listing agent is a very good photographer and there was nothing wrong with her photos. I chose the front of the house because I wanted to show a little more of it and open up the shadows. I chose the living room because the windows are too bright.
